Anyone have a simple workaround now we can’t use a gmail sign in to govt connect

    Hi John,
    Open a separate tab on your browser and head over to the Portal login page here - https://portal.reckon.com/
    You'll be able to sign in with your Google account this way. You will however need to download your STP .json file from Hosted using the Floating Toolbar to your PC so that you can then upload it to GovConnect after you're in.

    Alternatively, as Kevin mentioned our Support team can also change your login 'style' from Google over to just a normal/regular login so that you can sign in using your email address & password in the browser that opens in Hosted.
