Credential error using PLS
Hi Guys, I am Using Reckon Elite Tax and am having an intermittent issue when lodging tax returns using the PLS system. the following message appears" An error occcrued during SBR Lodgement" Security token verification failed due to: Error occurred when closing the client connection Please check the credentials and try again. I have contacted to ATO and Reckon Support and neither are able to help me. Has anyone experienced this before?
