I am using Reckon Accounts 2013 and works very well but for the launcher. I am getting error code 7

I am using Reckon Accounts 2013 and works very well but for the launcher. I am getting error code 7132. Can some-one guide me through this.

    It's very old version. What OS are you using? If it's Win 10 Home Id be shocked that its working at all.

    what OS and antivirus program you are using? was it ever working on this PC that you have installed this reckon accounts 2013?

    I am using Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 and Reckon Accounts has been working very well since the purchase of the laptop. Now I find that on more occasions than not I get that 7132 error message.  I have discovered a fix...if I reboot my laptop and click on the launcher the error message does not happen. If I have to live with this as a solution so be it, however its a nuisance. My antivirus is McAfee Total Protection.

    I never use the home versions of Windows. If I was in your shoes I'd delete the installation clean the registry with something like Revo and reinstall it.
