I urgently need to update my branch code from one to three. I have emailed several times and nothing has happened.

I need to change the branch code on my STP app. Please help

Can you let me know which team you've emailed through to for this branch number change and when these emails were sent?
Did you emails come from the same email address that is listed on this Community account?
Let me know and I'll try to follow up with our STP app team on this.
I have emailed through to [email protected], which was the address the app provided. I have done this almost every day for close to 2 weeks now.
I have also emailed the [email protected] address a couple of times.

I've just been advised your branch number has now been updated. Please logout of your STP app account and then back in, and you should see this now reflected in your account.
