Reckon Accounts Premier 2020 - License Renewal - Need Help

I need help on our license renewal.

I entered my VISA card details and the error was Cr Cd declined (Credit Card Declined). have been using this debit card for online purchases and no problem is encountered until now. normally we receive an OTP when purchasing with VISA member merchants.

when paying here we dont receive any OTP SMS and suddenly the payment returned with an error.
