Subscription

Hi I activated an account but never had a chance to trial it.

I sent an email asking if they can extend the trial so i can give it ago.

They said they could not find any subscription so nothing they can do.


But they have deducted $17.00 from my account today.

So i tried signing in ,which I can.

So how come they cant find my subscription but they can bill me for the product?

    Hi @Aeron

    You've marked this post into the STP app category which is a free mobile app so I'm guessing you're not using the app but something else.

    Are you using, and have been charged for Reckon One?

    I've searched for any accounts under your email address (the email address your Community account is registered under) but there are no subscriptions under it.

    So how come they cant find my subscription but they can bill me for the product?

    Do you have any other email addresses that you may have registered under to set the trial up?

    Let me know and I'll try to locate it or follow up with our sales team on this.
