As a new user, I finally successfully uploaded the first payroll.
However, on my end , it shows correct payment period, on ATO side, it shows different dates.
How to get this issue solved?
Just to confirm, are you using the free STP app?
Can you advise what the period is displaying on the app and what is showing on the ATO side? Also, how have you confirmed the info on the ATO end? Via the ATO Business Portal or something else?
