STP App new mobile number

Hi my registered mobile can no longer be accessed and I have a new mobile number. I am trying to revoke but SMS send to old (not accessible) mobile.

Can I please get support to revoke my old number and change to my new one?

    Hi @Abel

    I should be able to help you with this. I'll the authority of the business to send through a signed consent email to [email protected] that contains the following details -

    • Your full name & position in the business
    • ABN registered to your STP app account
    • Full legal name of the entity
    • Email address registered to your STP app account
    • Current phone number listed to the STP app account

    Let me know when you've sent that through and I'll take a look.
