Hi

When I add the from and to date of an annual leave or personal leave the employee getting taxed at casual rate which is much higher. Any Idea why this is happening ? If I don't add date the tax is couple of hundred dollars less. But I have to add date so there is a record of the dates especially for personal leave. please help
