Reckon STP APP login
Hi
a client of mine is using Reckon STP APP for his STP reporting.
Recently he is not able to login to his STP App, a message said his user name or password is not correct.
He is sure he type his user name and password correctly, so he doesn't know what went wrong.
Can you please fix this problem for him ?
The STP App is for his company, ABN 57 088 996 892

Hi Phuong
The first thing I'd recommend is for your client to go through the password reset process for his account.
Click on the 'Forgot Password' option on the app login screen. It will then take the user to a Portal page, click on the 'Help I forgot my sign-in details' link on this screen and enter the email address. A password reset email will then be sent to the user and you need to follow the prompts to complete the password reset.
