Installation issue with 2021 upgrade

I have installed 2021 update, and cannot open the file. I get a strange little box up on the top right hand side of my monitor that I can do nothing with. Please help - urgent as I am only in this office once a week.

    Hi Everyone

    I'm having the same issue. I just installed the 2021 upgrade. When I run Reckon it just hangs in the taskbar in Windows 10 with a light grey box around it and doesn't load the my data file.

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times with no luck.

    Does any one have any suggestions?
