Reckon GovConnect
I have been using Reckon GovConnect for well over a year now. I am trying to process this weeks STP and I am having trouble verifying the MFA. The code is taking several minutes to be sent to my phone and upon entering the code it is invalid. I have tried logging out and retrying. I am using the Reckon GovConnect from a Mac

Can you do me a favour and switch your phone off for 2 minutes and then try again after this.
Thanks Rav, I am using a Mac desktop. I have cleared cookies and it resolved the issue.
