Incorrect YTD on pay slips

I've been working with my client & PSG to resolve the issue whereby the YTD (year to date totals) reported on the pay slips were incorrect.

I was advised by PSG to create a new file (this file was newly created in October 2020)

Not satisfied I forged on . . .

I terminated an employee and reinstated them, check the pay slip which reported the correct amounts. I did this for all employees and have since processed pays without issue.🤗
