Hi I was able to update my email address and phone numbers except I am unable to edited email address on company page. I have also tried the portal page but couldn’t update either.
Just to confirm, do you mean the email address in the 'Company' section in the STP app still shows the previous/old email address that you have already updated from?
Yes the old address is still showing [email protected] and my new email is [email protected] can you change for me?

Apologies for missing your earlier reply. I've had another look at this and unfortunately it seems as though the contact email address in the 'Company' section of the app remains as the original email even after its been updated correctly.
I'll need to get this across to our app developers to check into unfortunately as its not something I can change myself. I'll come back to you on this.
