Under the Reports dropdown menu > Company & Financial, there is a default "Profit & Loss by Class" report which you can modify to show any/all classes.
To display expenses only, you can Filter the Account further to just "Expense & Other expense accounts".
If this is a report you view regularly, once configured to your requirements, you can re-name & Memorise it for future use ☺️
