Part time employee annual leave accrual

We have a part time employee working 22 hours per week. Its been a year since she started and every week she has been working a bit more than 22 hours. How do I get the leave accrued automatically in Reckon one. If I go to settings - YTD and add the hours manually it doesn't seem to add on as time goes. The leave balance always stays at what I added in YTD. how can I get the annual leave to accrue automatically every fortnight
