License Renewal

I have paid my license renewal over the phone. I asked the operator if I needed to do anything else and he advised that it would just identify that the renewal was paid & it would update.

I am trying to log in now & it just sends me in a useless loop of renewal screens. This seems to be a an ongoing saga every time I need to do something with Reckon.

Any advice?

Which Reckon software have you renewed the licence for? Is that specific version currently installed?
