I need to delete employees from my Reckon Mobile App

I have 4 employees who resigned from 2018, 18, 19 and 2020. I have attempted but keep saying: matter is under investigation. I NEED TO REMOVE ASAP. I have their starting date and end date and all their details.

Need someone with expertise, all the other questions relating to this issue have not been resolved asking the Reckon Community, going back in November 2020.
