Hi!

I have started a social club and we are deducting $5 per week from participants salary.

I have set it up a new bank account just for the social club and I have set up the payment as a deduction in their pay - but how do I balance the books.

Is it as easy as transferring the correct amount from our transaction account to the social club account?
