I can't access my app as I no longer have the mobile number used for the two factor authentification. I have previously changed my number in the app however the code jeeps getting sent to my onld number.

Can I just confirm, are you using the free STP app or the Reckon Payroll app?
Either way, if you don't have access to the existing phone number that MFA codes are sent to then we'll need to make some changes on our end to make it available.
