Error message

Hi, My name is Dianne. Anyone know when this error message Ive been getting since weekend will be fixed. Says 403Error, server busy, cannot connect.

I have never seen this error message before.

    Have you tried logging out of all remote sessions from within the control panel?

    Hi Kris and Rav,

    Thanks for your advice. Our normal bookmarked login method didnt work but we tried a different method and google searched Reckon one and logged in and it worked fine. Problem solved.
