Unable to do bank export using Edge

Options

I have used Personal Plus for many years. I do my bank exports using Internet Explorer. Now my pc says I must use Edge. Edge does not work for my bank export. Nor does Chrome.

One option suggested was Ctrl-shift-Z I did this and now my categories in Split do not work. but they work on single entry Category.

If I update to Personal Plus 2021 will I still have this Edge problem?

    Whick bank are you with, i use Chrome without any issues

    ASB and Kiwibank. My only option is qif but it turns into html and the I'm lost!

    My split categories have now decided to work but still cannot export.

    Gerry, you are awesome! Very good at explaining and patient too. Seems to have solved my problems and yes, I do need to update my Reckon Personal Plus.. Many thanks.
