Sorry to hear that Kev, I know these MAPI errors aren't exactly fun.
You're probably already aware but the 2021 Reckon Accounts edition has the Outlook V2 integration which should, in theory anyway, do away with the MAPI errors that have cropped up from time to time previously. I know our devs were pretty happy with the results in their testing of it.
If you haven't already, can you run your eyes over this section just to make sure its switched on in the version you're using.
