Error regarding ABN is not active
I am working in the tax agent and trying to submit STP on behalf of client.
However, it was declined by ATO, saying that "we were unable to process your submission because your ABN is not active."
This client's ABN has been cancelled from 1st of Nov 2020 but still needs to submit STP for a month which is Oct before abn cancelled.
I have already connected with ATO with this error but they said I should ask for this with Reckon team.
Could you please suggest some solutions to be completed this submission?
