STP upload issue

Using Payroll Premier 20/21. Everything has gone well for 11 month, now getting an ATO error message
around 'ElectronicMailAddressT'
There has been no new staff, one staff and no data changes since earlier pay processing. I checked the email address, re-entered the email address but no luck. Anyone have a solution?

Can you please also check the company information details section in Payroll Premier. Ensure that there is an email address listed and it doesn't have any invalid characters or spaces before or after the email address.
Also check if there are no spaces before or after the email address for the employee as well.

Thanks Rav. Maybe that is the issue because I can't see a field for company email address only for phone & fax.

The email address field is under preferences / Files. Hope this helps!
