    Hi, I'm trying to help a client migrate from STP app to Payroll app and it takes us to the screen "This ABN & branch number is already registered". They haven't used the STP app yet, we set it up ready to start from 1 July 2021, so happy to start again but it also won't let us set up a new business. The ABN is 40 168 382 394 if you are able to help.

    Can you please ask your client to try out the migration again when they can. It should go through normally this time but let me know if it doesn't.
