Unable to migrate across from STP to new Payroll App

I'm having trouble migrating with from STP app to the new Payroll App.

Similar to previous threads, it is not allowing me to migrate - reporting that the ABN and branch number is already registered.

We may be registered for GovConnect, I'm unsure.

Could you please help reset this and allow us to migrate across?

    Hi there @EBG

    I've just had a look and yes there was a previous registration in GovConnect which caused the migration to be blocked. I've removed that now so if you can please try again it should go through this time.

    Let me know how you get on.
