Migrate from STP to Reckon Payroll APP

Hi,
I used the STP before, so I need to transfer to Reckon Payroll App.
After I Migrated to Reckon Payroll App, all the information was correct, except the superannuation for one of my staff showed zero.
I would like to ask how to fix this problem, or I can leave it, because that's the 2020-2021 financial year , I still can do the summary statement on STP?
I am looking forward to your reply. Thank you.
Ben

Considering you have already migrated to Reckon Payroll App before completing the 2020-2021 EOFY statement in STP there might be an issue if you run the EOFY from STP instead of the new Payroll App. I am going by the instructions provided by Reckon as part of the Migration announcement. Though I am not sure if an EOFY statement can be done from Payroll App if there isn't any normal Payrun done from Payroll App for 20/21.
Might be possible to atleast correct the Superannuation amount for the staff by editing the initial YTD summary in Payroll App.
Scroll down the part where the explanation to alter initial YTD is provided. Select the part showing the Supernnuation.
Once the YTD figures are correct in Payroll app then attempt to Create the Payrun for EOFY.

Hi Ben,
Since you've migrated over successfully, I'd recommend following the steps from @swakhlu01 . above in regard to correcting your employee's YTD balance in the Payroll App and then sending an EOFY finalisation from it as well.
I'd strongly recommend not performing any further submissions or changes in the STP app now that you've migrated over.

But yesterday I just did the last pay run on STP after I migrated. The payroll didn’t show the last pay run, so the total figure for everyone is wrong. I am wondering what I need to do my yearly statement then? On STP or Payroll?
Thank you!

That's correct. The Payroll App will not pick up any submissions or changes that you make in the STP app AFTER the migration has already happened.
Since you've migrated successfully, stick with the Payroll App only moving forward from here and that includes your EOFY finalisation.

But now the payroll showed the wrong figure, because of one pay run short. I need to do the last pay run again on payroll App or I just fix it at YTD balance then do the EOFY finalisation at payroll App?
Thanks

Fix the 'Year to Date' in the Payroll App.

If you believe all Payruns for 20/21 have been successfully run from STP (including the last one you did after migrating to Payroll App) then you should not create another Payrun for 20/21 from Payroll App. This is because the ATO YTD Income statement for the employees wil become incorrect.
At this stage my thought is you should not add anymore Payruns for 20/21 from Payroll App. The option is to alter the YTD data for employees directly in Payroll App and execute the EOFY Payrun for 20/21. But I am not sure what YTD the App will consider as the year shifted yesterday.
As suggested by Reckon Support it appears you have to alter the "Year to date" before doing this.
Update - please hold until Reckon resolve the issue with YTD error
