I've installed the new payroll app and get as far as putting in the code sent via text. I keep getting the message "Something went wrong". Have tried re-installing the app but made no difference. Thoughts?
Can I grab the ABN that you're trying to migrate over from the STP app to the Payroll app and I'll take a look to see what could be causing that.
Thanks for that @ljarvis. I've had a look and I can see what's causing this to fall over.
You have a Reckon One book under the same email address as your Payroll App account which on its own is fine. But the cause of the problem is that it has the exact same name as the account you've created on the Payroll App as well which it doesn't like.
If you rename your Reckon One book slightly and then close the Payroll App in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps and then reopen it and migrate it will go through normally.

Tried that. Have changed the Reckon One book name. Even reinstalled the payroll app, but still getting the same message.

I've done a bit more work on your account and if you try the migration again now it should go through.
After the migration completes you may encounter that 'something went wrong' message one more time and if you do, just logout of the app, close it in full and then sign back in.
