payruns just fail with no meaningful message

As per screenshots.

Because I had a failed initial migration, I had to finish the year on the old STP app. This means that the current app has a non complete year. I obviously cannot finish the year or it will completely stuff up the one already completed as not all payruns are there.

I replaced the original employee with a new employee of same name to try and start clean for the year.

As there does not appear to be ANY option to just clear everything and start fresh with company info, I am lost as to how to be able to just use it.

    Hi Dean,

    Unfortunately we had some hiccups this morning which would have contributed to the errors you were seeing in the app.

    They've just been resolved a few minutes ago. Could you close down your app ie. swipe it away from the running apps on your phone and then reopen it to try again.

    Let me know if you still have any trouble.
