**RESOLVED** Payroll App: Error loading pay runs and employee data (1 July 2021)

Hi everyone,

We are currently investigating reports of an issue causing pay runs and employee data to not load correctly on the Payroll App.

You may encounter screens such as the example below in-app or on the web.

Our teams are currently investigating this at the highest priority and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience its causing this morning.

Further updates and info will be posted here as soon as its available.

    UPDATE - 10:15am

    This issue is now resolved.

    Employee data and pay runs should now be loading as normal.

    You may need to close your app down in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps and then reopen it.
