    Hi @Rav

    I'm also facing the same issue when trying to migrate to the payroll app from reckon STP but I don't think I have registered to the GovConnect service or used the payroll app before. Could you kindly assist with this? My ABN is 50 945 852 181.

    Hi @klee17

    There was an existing registration for your ABN in GovConnect which prevented the migration which I've now removed. Can you please try the migration again. Let me know how you get on.
