Migrated from STP App to Payroll app and 20-21 figures didn't come accross

I migrated my STP app to the payroll app after making my last pay run for 21.

After migration the end of year figures for 19-20 have come across but none of the figures for 20-21 have come across.

Do I now have to do my end of year in the stp app or is there a way to get the 20-21 figures into the payroll app to do end of year.

We've got our teams looking into the issue of the 2020/21 Pay Summary balances not appearing at the moment.
