ABN and branch number already registered

Hi Rav,

We are also getting the message “ this ABN and branch number is already registered” and cannot move on. When I tried to migrate details from STP yesterday I did get an error message. I just saw there is an issue with some businesses registered with Gov Connect but I have no idea if that relates to us. Hoping for any help, Thanks, Deb

    Hi Rav,

    I just tried to migrate once again but it’s stuck in the migrating screen, probably 15 minutes now.

    Hmmm ok, I've just checked your ABN again and it looks like the migration has gone through on our end.

    Can I get you to close down the app in full ie. swipe it away from the other running apps on your phone and then reopen it & login again.

    Hopefully you'll be able to access the account but either way, please let me know how you get on.

    Do you mean Delete the app off Home Screen?

    No just swipe it away to close it like you do other apps on your phone.
