Using new payroll app

Hi I have finalised my YTD figures in the old app for our two businesses. But wanting to report for 1 payrun after 1/7 and it wont let me update employee details in that it wont save so i cant submit the new payrun

Hi @Pertaringa

Just to confirm, you are attempting to create this new pay run in the Payroll App, correct?

If the employee profile is not saving then its more than likely that the fields in each tab have not been completed yet. I'd recommend going through each of them to make sure they're filled out and have valid info as well.

You may need to swipe across to view other tabs which require completion before it will save successfully.
