Book start date

Hi, I toyed with the idea of switching to Reckon One from Accounts Plus back in July 2018, so I started a book, then decided to stay with Accounts. No information was entered at this time. I have just now decided to reactivate my book and as of 1 July 2021 have been entering information. When entering the bank account details, it says balance as at 1 July 2018. I tried changing the book date in settings but it won't let me date forward only back. How do I change my book date? Thanks, Kylie :)
