Reckon Accounts Hosted is slow and lagging for a week or two now. Every few minutes it goes into a loading process.
Any reason for this? Even during peak usage time we haven't experience this before.
Still really slow and very frustrating when normally, it just zips along. I'm having to allow twice the processing time to get tasks completed - sometimes longer. Can someone from Reckon give an indication on how long it is likely to be like this, perhaps?

No response from Reckon as yet about this.
I started using MS Edge and now it's not too slow for me, but our other accountant use Google Chrome and every now and then her connection to Reckon gets disrupted, slow or she gets kicked off all together from the app. It's very frustrating.
One of my staff was kicked out today, then another froze. Now our entire chart of accounts has gone from the live file. We have only been using hosted for a week so this is very worrying. Anyone else experienced issues like this?
I agree Jo-anne. Hopefully Reckon invest some resources into fixing the problem sooner rather than later.
