This Reckon Payroll keep crashing out

I joined Reckon on the 5th of July cause STP is no longer avaliable. But this Reckon Payroll, to be honest i have no idea what is happening but it just keep crashing back to the main menu again and again. My IOS is the newst vversion also same as the Reckon payroll, the only thing is not new is my phone ( Iphone XS Max). Even it was not crashing out, everytime when i tried to finalized for every stuff it crashed out again?!!!

Is anyone having the same issue as i had? What should i do and how to solve this stupid issue??

When you say its crashing out, what is the app doing specifically? ie. do you encounter an error message when it happens and if so, what is it? If you have any screenshots that would be super helpful as well.

What are you attempting to do in the app when this occurs?

I am having the same issue as the original poster. I am attempting to create a pay run, but every time I try to enter a custom tax amount and click 'Done' in the top right hand corner, the app crashes back to my home screen. No error message is displayed. I have attempted to clear the cache, but this did not solve the issue.

Can you please update to the latest version of the Payroll App (v2.11.10) that came out overnight and then let me know if the same behaviour continues after that?

Thank you for the reply. I have updated to the latest version of the App, and I can confirm that I can now enter tax amounts successfully without the app crashing. Much appreciated.
