STP REPORTING TO ATO RECKON GOV CONNECT STP

Trying to submit my STP reporting to ATO for end of year. Comes back with "error"relating to SBR Software ID. I have contacted ATO and this has hopefully been rectified their end. Now I have to resubmit my payruns that came back as error. How do I do this with RECKON ONE. Thanks
