Accrued leave error

Reckon One. Accrued annual leave and accrued personal leave hours for an employee is correct on the "Leave balances and accrued value" report, however vastly different on the employee's pay slip.

Any suggestion on what to do to have pay slips show the correct number of hours? Thanks.
