Cant enter a transaction

I cant enter a transaction. This is the error I am getting. Help!!!!

    Has it had multiple lines previously? It may be automatically prefilling previously-used lines also. Enter it as a Write Chq rather than directly into the register.

    He may have to if it’s prefilling in the background 😳

    Add the Write Chq Icon to the Icon Bar so he can just click on that to enter it. (You may have to guide him for entry of the detail on it if it is multiple lines 😬)
