Hi, I downloaded and login for the STP payroll App however I can't login
was say something went wrong all the time now
What can I do now?
Did you download the STP app OR the Payroll App?
I'm going to assume its the latter and if so, can you let me know the ABN that you've registered to that account.

Also, were you trying to do a migration from the old STP app when this message appeared?

Thanks for that. I've just had a look and I can see what the problem is. I'll need to get some help from my dev team to carry out the fix for it so I've just sent over the details to them. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from the team.

My devs have just got back to me and this should now be solved.
Can you please try the migration again now and it should look a little different. You will likely encounter the 'Something went wrong' error screen one more time and if you do, press the logout option on-screen and close the app down in full ie. swipe it away from all other running apps on your phone.
Reopen and login and it should be fine but let me know how you get on.
Hi, the same has happened to me. I downloaded the Payroll App but it did not migrate - came up with something went wrong , please wait. This just kept happening
