PPL pop-up during termination wizard

This popped up during a termination wizard tonight.

Can you please explain what this means?

I've asked our support team about this one and while the overall consensus was that they hadn't come across that sort of message before, I'll outline their suggestion below -

"Whatever out of scope means in this context its recommended to exit the Wizard, confirm whether that employee is correctly entitled to that paid parental leave. Then make a backup before terminating the employee, Terminate the employee by continuing through that message and then generating reports so you can confirm that it appears as you expect it to."
