Jobmaker Hiring Credit Declaration

Hi,

I'm trying to claim the Jobmaker hiring credits for period 3.

I have followed all the instructions to nominate the employee for the correct periods in the payrun, sent to via STP to GovConnect and confirmed in GovConnect.

When I go into my ATO Business Portal and look at my nominated employee, it says that the nomination is incomplete "The date of birth, commencement date or 20 hour declaration has not been reported."

I spoke to the ATO and they said that the 20 hour declaration needs to made in the STP software.

I have not seen any declaration forms. The support pages don't have any topics regarding declaration forms for employees.

Is this a STP software issue or an ATO issue?
