Reckon One leave accrual

Hi
I am managing payroll in Reckon one for few clients, I have added leave balances in YTD part but every week/ month it is not getting updated in the payslip, I have to manually update the accruals.
Also I added personal leave and annual leave in 'leave' tab in employee set up. This employee took some personal leave already, only the personal leave balance is showing in his payslip. Annual leave accrued is not coming up. How do I bring both leave balances in the payslip
