Error Code 14163 11226
After help trying to find out what error code 14163 11226 means.
We are using Reckon Accounts Premier 2021 desktop version. we have access to 5 users and only one of our users is experiencing this issue. What happens is they open Reckon and it crashes showing this code around 20 times a day. sometimes they are in the middle of using, sometimes it happens as soon as its opened.
If anyone could advise how we can fix this, it would be appreciated.
