installation issues

I contacted someone on Friday and they told me I could call today as long as it was before 5pm

Am having problems installing my point of sale as the disc I have received is 2020 POS and the Enterprise disc is 2021

have already installed Enterprise activation key for it

When I put the product key in for POS it doesnt indentify the installation key number on the paperwork


could you please advise as my computer guy is only here for the day
