We might need to take a closer look into what's happened there. Have you installed the new 2022 edition of Reckon Personal Plus/Home & Business?
We cant update it as we cannot get the link to work online when we click on it - there seems to be multiple script errors - which happened 2 years ago as well - currently we have 2020 version, even though we have paid up 2022.
Can you send a direct weblink that we can use to update to the correct version and I think that fixed the problem last time.
You can download your software by logging into the Members Area linked below with your Customer ID & PIN.
Once you've logged in click on 'Download Software' on the left and select which version you'd like to download from the list that appears on-screen. You'll also find your required installation key details on the same page after download.
