Why are scheduled transfer between accounts not showing in calendar?

I have raised this issue previously but it has disappeared from Reckon Community. When I schedule a transfer between accounts (for example paying off my credit card) it is not showing in calendar. As I rely on calendar to keep track of bills that I need to pay, this is putting me at risk of missing the due date for my credit card and incurring interest charges. Reckon has only recently started doing this and I haven't knowingly changed any settings.
I am using Reckon Account Personal Plus 2021
