Payslips not printing correctly

Hi I am running V30 21/22 Payroll Premier and have had no issues. This week, however, my payslips have decided to print with only super line items, no ordinary hours, sick leave or overtime details. If I exit then reopen the program and choose to print via the payslips or report button every thing is fine.

Just wanted to clarify the above. What are you selecting to print the payslip which results in the issue prior to trying the above steps?
There are a couple of options you could try to resolve this -
- Can you run the program as Administrator? You can do so by right-clicking the icon on your desktop, then selecting 'Run as Administrator'.
- If that doesn't work, rebuild the company file - you can do so by going File > Rebuild Data Files. It will ask you to run a backup (which you should save to a different location), then give you a series of boxes to tick. Tick every box except for "Rebuild Super %" then rebuild the file.

Hi Rav, part of the payrun asks which reports you wish to print...I select payslips and banking reports. Its from here that the data prints incorrectly.
In answer to the second part and your suggestion...I have done a rebuild and the same thing happens. However I will do it again as I did not tick all the boxes you suggested.
